As we continue to expand our presence across various regions, we are seeking an experienced and goal-driven Regional Sales Manager – Projects to manage key accounts and drive project-based sales initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager – Projects will focus on driving sales for large-scale private and government building projects. The role involves identifying project opportunities, liaising with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring the successful execution of project-based sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project sales within the uPVC, Doors and Windows industry or building material, with excellent networking and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting private and government building projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and government authorities.
• Identify tender opportunities and ensure timely submission of bids for relevant projects.
• Lead negotiations and secure project approvals for the company’s uPVC doors and windows.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams for seamless project execution.
• Keep abreast of government policies, industry standards, and competitor activities in the region.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and brand awareness.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project pipelines, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project sales within the uPVC, building materials, or construction industry.
• Proven track record in handling private and government projects successfully.
• Strong network of contacts within the architecture, construction, and government sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a project sales team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and understanding of tendering processes.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
