Accounts Executive

1. Monitoring the day-to-day Accounting Activities.
2. Prepare reports on accounts payable and receivable.
3. Preparing BRS, Vouchers, Banking and Billing.
4. Book keeping and updating records on daily and weekly basis including ledger.
5. Responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers and performed account reconciliation.
6. Maintain day to day Accounts reporting to the senior Mgr.
7. Maintain sales invoices, Preparing E-way bill for online, Journal Entry, Purchase, Expense Invoice, and voucher entry in tally and similar ERP Software.
8. Responsible for expenditure and collection transactions.
9. Preparing of Cheques and entry into accounting systems.
10. Preparation and maintenance of various Register Purchase register, Sales register.
11. Maintain all records related to Purchase, Sales and Stock Register / Inventory management.
12. Communication to all internal external customers Suppliers related to business-by phone and written communications.
13. Complete understanding of GST,TDS and income tax Rules and Norms.
