Franchise Manager- Education Sector| 4-7 Yrs Exp| Pune| 6-9 LPA

We are a 34-year-old reputed education company with a pan-India presence across 400+ centres and a strong legacy of trust in the industry. We are hiring a Franchise Manager for the Pune region to drive franchise onboarding and provide ongoing support to our partner centres.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners in Pune and nearby regions
• Maintain regular support and engagement with existing franchisees
• Ensure operational compliance as per brand SOPs
• Conduct training/orientation sessions for new centres.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for centre-level support
• Conduct periodic visits and performance reviews
• Share timely reports and market feedback with HO

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• 47 years of experience in Franchise Development / Education Sales / Centre Operations
• Prior experience in education/franchise-based models preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Must own a laptop and two-wheeler
• Should be open to local travel
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
• Open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender
