Ship Global - Finance Manager - CA (3-6 yrs)

Position Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated financial manager to join our team.

- As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all financial activities, overseeing accounting functions, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team.

- Your expertise in accounting, statutory audits, leadership skills, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting will be essential in driving the company towards achieving its economic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial audits and collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.

- Support day-to-day operations and assist in month-end reconciliations.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Coordinate with HR for month-end payroll processing.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to support MIS (Management Information Systems) and budgeting processes.

- Manage end-to-end coordination with statutory auditors.

- Monitor and manage the company's budget, expenses and cash flow, ensuring that the financial targets are achieved.

- Lead and oversee the statutory audit process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations, ensuring they reflect a true and fair view of the company's financial position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Statutory Audit experience is preferred.

- Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of experience

- Mandatory experience in Tally Prime.

- Proven experience in managing teams and leading financial operations.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax regulations in India.

- Familiarity with financial management software (e.g., NetSuite ERP) and collaborative tools like Microsoft SharePoint, One Drive, and Confluence.
