Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee site management activities, including site supervision, labor control, and material procurement.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against these documents.
