A leading training provider in India, offering high-quality certifications and workshops in software testing, agile, DevOps, and AI-driven testing practices.

Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head to lead our B2B sales efforts for our training programs. This leadership role requires deep expertise in enterprise sales, corporate training solutions, and team management. You will own the full revenue responsibility for our training programs and drive market expansion by developing high-impact sales strategies and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the overall B2B sales strategy, with a focus on growth and enterprise acquisition

2. Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance targets and coaching them to success

3. Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and pipeline development to deal closure and account growth

4. Engage with decision-makers in IT, HR, and L&D teams to position Verity's training solutions (ISTQB, Agile, Automation, AI Testing, etc.)

5. Build and nurture key client relationships, ensuring long-term retention and revenue expansion

6. Collaborate with marketing to drive lead-generation campaigns, webinars, and outreach strategies

7. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance reports to the leadership team

8. Represent the company at key industry events, webinars, and forums to strengthen market positioning.

Requirements:

1. 10-15 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably in EdTech or corporate training sales

2. Experience in closing high-value deals

3. In-depth knowledge of the IT certification space (ISTQB, DevOps, Agile, etc.) and corporate learning trends

4. Expertise in consultative/solution selling to mid- and large-sized organizations

5. Strong command of CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot for managing pipeline and performance

6. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
