About the Role:
We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our high-performing real estate team . If you have a strong track record in real estate sales, a knack for closing high-value deals, and the ability to mentor others - we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition through leads, referrals, and walk-ins
- Conduct engaging property presentations & site visits
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
- Negotiate deals & ensure seamless documentation
- Build lasting client relationships & encourage referrals
- Stay ahead of market trends & competitor activity
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven real estate sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office
- Strong client management and service orientation
- Knowledge of RERA & property documentation (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
