Business Development Manager

We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our Business Development team.

Location : Karimnagar

1.Maintain a deep understanding of all products and services offered by the company.
2.Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through detailed research and market
analysis.
3.Analyze market data to guide business decisions and refine strategies.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling
and expansion.
5.Lead the development and delivery of compelling presentations and proposals to secure new
business.
6.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, aligning with client expectations.
7.Stay updated on industry trends and developments to keep the company competitive and innovative.
8.Drive the sales team to meet or exceed assigned targets, contributing to overall business growth.
9.Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing client issues or concerns promptly and
effectively.
10.Sustain positive relationships with clients while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
11.Oversee the maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date client database, including schools and
dealers within the assigned jurisdiction.
12.Ensure the timely submission of weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
