Senior Quantitative Trader - Options Trading (4-10 yrs)

We are looking forward for a suitable Experienced candidate for the position of Senior Quantitative Trader / Senior Options Trader cum Portfolio Manager role for Mumbai Location.

As a Senior Trader You Will Be:

- Designing new quantitative trading strategies.

- Enhancing existing quantitative trading strategies.

- Analysing the performance of deployed strategies.

- Enhancing or building trading analytical tools.

- Managing algorithmic trading books and leading teams.

Specialization: Deep expertise in options trading strategies including:

- Gamma Trading

- Skew Trading

- Calendar Spreads

- Arbitrage

Responsibilities:

- Strategy development, execution, risk management, and mentoring the team.

- Alignment: We seek someone committed to long-term growth with the firm, contributing to both trading performance and team development.

Required Skillset:

- 4+ years of experience in quantitative trading.

- Experience in successful implementation of profitable trading strategies (from ideation to execution i.e. research, design, back-test and execution).

- Knowledge and experience of working with big data analytical tools like R, Python, etc.
