- Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and guide pre-sales/inside sales team leads and executives to consistently meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Process Monitoring: Monitor lead qualification and scheduling processes closely, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.
- Performance Coaching: Provide hands-on, on-ground coaching and constructive feedback to continuously improve individual and team performance.
- Strategy Implementation: Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to implement strategic initiatives and drive process improvements across the inside sales function.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insightful analysis on key - trends to senior leadership, informing strategic decisions.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools and a deep understanding of lead management workflows.
- Management Skills: Strong people management and operations ability, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively motivate, guide, and manage diverse sales teams.
