Job Description
- Ensure compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including preparation of Board/Committee agendas, minutes, and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Handle all MCA reporting and compliance requirements, including timely filing of necessary returns and forms.
- Assist with compliance under applicable regulatory requirements, including periodic filings and coordination during inspections.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities for registrations and renewals under labor and other applicable laws.
- Maintain internal records, trackers, and MIS for secretarial and regulatory compliance.
- Support preparation and review of legal/corporate documents as required.
- Travel periodically for compliance coordination, site-level documentation, and regulatory follow-ups.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal and Secretarial Department, including coordination with statutory auditors, secretarial auditors, and other regulatory or compliance authorities as required
