Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated CA Industrial Trainee to step into a hands-on FP&A environment and support planning, analysis, and reporting for Sony India. This 6-month stint offers real-world exposure to strategic finance and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analysis
• Support development of long-term financial models and what-if scenario planning
• Liaise with Sales, Ops, and HR teams to gather data and build actionable insights
• Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and stakeholder presentations
• Help drive process-improvement / internal-audit initiatives and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with ICAI standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
