- Tailor your interactions to address their individual requirements and preferences
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services that align with the customer's needs and preferences
- However, it's important to do so in a helpful and non-pushy manner
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to gain insights into their satisfaction levels and areas of improvement
- Relay this information to relevant departments to make necessary changes and improvements
