Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of experienced field staff.
• Handle all aspects of business operations in the assigned region.
• Plan field activities efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure successful store setups and merchandising executions.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail.
• Knowledge of Merchandising, Store Setup, and Field Team Management.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet-based applications for reporting and documentation.
