Spinny - Senior Program Manager - CEO's Office (2-4 yrs)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The CEOs Office role is a highly visible, multifaceted role that works closely with the CEO & the Co-Founders to execute on critical strategic priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations. This individual will be involved in a variety of high-impact projects that span across business strategy, product development, fundraising, operations, and executive communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the CEO & the Co-Founders to develop, prioritize, and track the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives. Act as a thought partner in problem-solving and decision-making processes.

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Own timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams.

- Draft and prepare communications for the Founder & CEO, including emails, presentations, and meeting briefs. Act as a liaison between the executive office and other stakeholders.

- Support day-to-day business operations by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions. This includes working on operational processes, budgeting, and organizational structure improvements.

- Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings, including pitch decks, quarterly updates, and financial reports. Support fundraising efforts as needed.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal performance analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

- Assist with key leadership initiatives to help shape and maintain company culture.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier-I institutes.

- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/founder's office roles.

- Exposure to investor relations would be a plus
