Morning lead assignment sharp 8 o clock at customer home Long distance issue faces No leaves only week off sometime week off also not approved Worst culture no incentives No promotions No correct reimbursement Politics majority Ground team is left from spinny day by day Only pressure work Inspection application is slow and hanging, heating issue last 6 months but not resolves still now. Application is working on Totally dealer basis No ijp only internal movement on the spot without telling anyone. Work culture totally changed by higher designated persons Can't see a clear career path Ground team issues not resolved yet No meetings with team by supply head and listen concern and try to resolve. Fuel reimbursement is always wrong calculated and almost delay in every month. More than 50 inspector leave from spinny in last few months. If this continues, no one will work on the ground team....Read More

There is noting left to like, This organization is a shadow of what it once was—a rotting carcass riddled with politics and poor management. Employees are stuck in stagnant roles for years with minimal or no salary hikes, fueling frustration and demotivation.

Managers favor their inner circle while the CEO focuses solely on brand and profit, ignoring the toxic culture. HR is a mere formality, offering no protection—raising concerns often backfires on employees. Compensation is a joke, with trivial raises and empty promises of better hikes that never come. Promotions are rare and based onfavoritism, not merit. If you care about your growth and sanity, look elsewhere. This place is a career dead end....Read More
