About the Role :
As a Product Manager, youll take ownership of critical initiatives to evolve our marketplace. You will lead the development of AI-powered features, drive product monetization strategies, and deliver user-centric enhancements that align with customer needs and business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to shape a platform thats modernizing procurement in the clean energy space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end development of features that enhance procurement workflows and marketplace interactions for buyers and suppliers.
- Use product analytics to identify friction points, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive the design and integration of AI-powered tools (e.g., intelligent vendor matching, automated quote comparisons, smart document processing).
- Develop and execute monetization strategies, including premium feature offerings, upsell opportunities, and transaction-based models.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, test hypotheses, and validate product decisions.
- Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases.
- Monitor product KPIs, user engagement, and commercial performance to inform future iterations.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies across procurement and renewable energy sectors.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B marketplaces or procurement SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product features and interest in influencing AI strategy.
- Experience managing products with direct or indirect revenue impact.
- Understanding of complex B2B procurement workflows and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma), and product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Nice to Have :
- Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, or cleantech.
- Experience with procurement technologies such as eRFx, supplier onboarding, or contract lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies or transactional marketplace models.
