Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our AI/ML-powered SaaS solutions.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between customers, business teams, and engineering, ensuring that our products align with market needs and drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Product-Market Fit :

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer pain points.

- Analyze product-market fit to inform product development and positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Act as a liaison between customers, business, marketing, design, and engineering teams.

- Advocate for customers by gathering feedback and analyzing key performance metrics.

Product Requirements & Development :

- Conduct user interviews to map user journeys and identify core problems.

- Prioritize product features based on impact, product vision, and business goals.

- Collaborate with engineering teams (data engineers, application engineers, QA) to build and refine the product.

- Own the "What" of the product and enable the team to define the "How".

Sprint Execution & Agile Processes :

- Assist in sprint planning and execution.

- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with key deliverables.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :

- Conduct feature-level UAT on software developed by engineering post-deployment.

- Track and resolve issues via JIRA.

User Adoption & Performance Tracking :

- Track feature adoption and analyze insights to drive improvements.

- Utilize tools like Mixpanel to measure KPIs post-feature launch.

Effective Communication & Stakeholder Management :

- Maintain alignment on product vision, roadmap, and objectives with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

- 3-4 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS (Must-Have)

- Background in Engineering (IT/CS) with an MBA or specialization in Product Management (Preferred)

- Experience in Revenue Growth Management and/or AI/ML-based products (Preferred)

- Self-motivated, innovative, and a strong team player

- Adaptability in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
