Sr. Executive- EHS

Responsibilities

1. Ensuring timely fulfilment of all statutory requirements related to EHS including testing of lifting tools & tackles, Pressure vessels, ambient monitoring, stack analysis etc.

2. Ensuring proper compliance & monthly reporting to RPCB Carrying out Why-Why Analysis of Injuries, Non-Conformances, near miss & Accident w/o injury & suggesting Corrective/ preventive measures.

3. Updation of HIRA & Aspect/ impact of any new activity.

4. Identification of risks through Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment of all activities.

5. Maintaining the records of Internal safety inspection and audit reports.

6. Review of the points emerged from safety inspection and audits Safety & Structure Audit of the Plant and its implementation in FCB Carry out Hazop study of new products as team member.

7. Selection of appropriate PPEs based on the hazards by conducting the hazard assessment and job/risk exposure.

8. Ensure the PPEs are procured in time and made available to all concerned.

9. Auditing and periodically assessing to find out effectiveness of PPE.

10. Indenting and procurement of Safety equipment / PPE Readiness of fire equipment at site Developing & imparting specific EHS Training Modules for Non -management employees

11. Carrying out Emergency Plant drill & suggesting the various functions for improvement in Emergency preparedness.

12. Updation of MSDS in SRF format Review the permit system and revised on the basis of feedback from auditors

13. Designing safety display board as per the area specific requirement

Qualification Criteria

B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical) or B.tech/ BE Fire & Safety) with 4 years to 7 years
