Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, field sales, or broker channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our health insurance products.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as number of policies sold, premium collected, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service) to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of health insurance industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently over time.
