Who are we looking for:
Job Title: Manager - Admin and Facilities
Location: Noida
Job Type: Full-time
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 5+ Years
1. Administrative Support :
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail, etc.) .
2. Office Management :
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and requisitions are processed.
- Maintain and organize office files and documentation (both physical and digital).
- Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and supplies.
- Upkeep of the facility.
- Handle Office support staff
3 . Travel Arrangements :
- Book travel, accommodations, and other logistics for employees.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure compliance with travel policies.
4. Team Support :
- Assist other team members with their administrative needs.
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations and providing orientation materials.
5. Event Coordination :
- Plan and organize team events, training sessions, and other gatherings.
- Ensure smooth execution of events within budget and timeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Can be also from Hotel Management Background.
Skills :
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience :
- Previous experience in an administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
- Experience in handling confidential information is an added advantage.
