Relationship Officer - LAP

Job Title: Relationship Officer Loan Against Property (LAP)

Department: Sales / LAP

Reports To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager

Job Purpose:To acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP), maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source customers interested in Loan Against Property through various channels
• Open Market Go and meet coustamers directy
• Assess customer needs and explain LAP product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP disbursal targets.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and documentation standards.
• Regularly follow up with customers for queries, renewals, or additional funding needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of LAP products and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage fieldwork and independently close deals.
• Familiarity with credit underwriting processes and legal documentation.

Qualifications:

• Any Undergradute
• 1 TO 3 years of experience in LAP or secured lending preferred.Role & responsibilities
