Sales MIS Manager & Strategy (Real Estate)

Role & responsibilities

• The role will constitute formulating sales strategies, business planning and leading the sales operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
• Planning of business during multiple activations / product launches which happen at a company level being a vertical, this team is designed to work on multiple products simultaneously.
• Will need to have basic proficiency on SFDC or should be able to quickly learn the same.
• Manage the entire MIS and Data pertaining to various departments and ensure timely flow of information and analysis.
• Engage actively with the collaborating teams viz. Marketing, Customer Care, Market Sales and Sales Strategy teams to help business grow.
• Data Analysis & reporting.
• Revenue tracking, analysis & Strategy.
• Preparation of MIS reports such as Leads, Walk-ins, and Revisit & Booking reports for management.
• Maintaining database of clients walk-ins & revisits in SFDC.
• Project wise & Source wise analysis & dashboard creation.
• Managing additional incentives calculation of channel partners & customer offers calculation based on eligibility on weekly basis.
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results.
• Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
• Ad-hoc reports as and when requested by management group.
• Review of CPs including actual achievement v/s targets, qualitative factors and process improvements.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports highlighting Sales performance and sales targets
