iSupportZ - SAP DBM Consultant (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for SAP DBM Consultant with Service module.

Work experience : 5 years.

Work location : Remote.

Project duration : 1 year & extendable.

Job description :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP DBM with focus on the Service module.

- Analyze client business processes related to automotive service management, warranty, service order processing, and vehicle service tracking.

- Implement and configure SAP DBM Service Module functionalities including : Service Order Management, Workshop Planning, Service Estimation, Warranty and Claim Processing, Customer Interaction & Vehicle Reception.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Customize SAP DBM to meet client-specific needs including enhancement through BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and reports.

- Perform end-to-end testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support go-live and post-go-live phases.

- Work closely with SAP SD/MM and FI consultants for integration-related activities.

- Provide support in resolving day-to-day functional issues in service operations..
