Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr Officer Audit to lead a small team and conduct operational audits, primarily focusing on inventory movement (Tester products) and third-party payroll payments. This is a client-facing role based in Andheri East, with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of two to perform audits at client locations.
• Conduct audits of tester product movement from depot to shop floor.
• Review and validate claims, requisitions, and internal approvals related to product movement.
• Audit salaries and incentives paid to third-party payroll employees for accuracy and compliance.
• Document audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with 4–8 years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with large datasets.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.

Work Environment & Travel:

• Work Mode: Onsite (Andheri East).
• Travel: Required once a month (2–3 days).
