Gastroenterologist

Position: Gastroenterologist (35 years experience)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage GI disorders (IBD, GERD, IBS, liver/pancreatic diseases, GI cancers)
  
• Perform endoscopic procedures: EGD, colonoscopy, biopsies, polypectomies, ERCP
  
• Interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, endoscopy findings) and develop treatment plans
  
• Provide lifestyle and nutritional counseling; coordinate with dietitians and care teams
  
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in patient follow-up
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: surgeons, radiologists, oncologists
  
• Stay current with research and participate in CME, quality initiatives, and teaching
  

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS + Internal Medicine residency + Gastroenterology fellowship (DM/DrNB or equivalent)
  
• 3–5 years of post-fellowship clinical and procedural experience
  
• Board-certified / board-eligible; valid medical license
