- Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance and ROI through conversion of leads to sales.
Communication & Public Relations:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage crisis communication and PR efforts to mitigate brand risks and maintain positive public perception.
Call Center Operations:
- Oversee call center operations to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve call center efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Monitor call center metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive Sales through conversion of digital leads to conversion into sales through effective relationship with frontline sales team.
Media Planning and Buying:
- Develop media plans that effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Negotiate media buying agreements and manage relationships with media partners.
- Track and analyze media performance to optimize advertising spend and reach.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for branding, digital, communication & PR, call center, and media activities.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
