1. Continuous tracking of competition / market / industry, consumer behavior, global market trends to drive appropriate market positioning and enhance Market Share.
2. Conceptualization and execution of business strategies/plans to leverage market potential through appropriate market positioning in existing markets and developing new markets.
3. P&L responsibility across Brands, Categories and Product lines in a sustainable manner.
4. Consistently aligning emerging distribution channels for product positioning.
5. Continuously building up on the brand recall.
6. Collaboration with R&D and Operations teams for timely development of new products, production and their availability respectively.
7. Adherence to Business Processes and Compliances of statutory provisions
8. Promptly responds to the dynamic nature of the market thru relevant course correction measures to help achievement of targets
9. Develops specific, contemporary and impactful media strategies for the Business
10. Aligns Media, Trade, Promos (sales and consumer) with the accountability of the delivering the organization's P&L.
11. Continuously benchmarks, innovates and improves marketing/business processes in line with the ever changing market realities
12. Spearheads new product developments in sync with changing consumer needs and current business portfolios to achieve the top line in alignment with R&D.
13. Formulates Marketing budget in line with the Biz Strategy and Annual Business Plan and drives its achievement
14. As a member of the leadership team, effectively demonstrates Orgn Values and the Leadership competencies to influence and leverage team potential across the Orgn. in order to achieve business objectives.
