Job Description
- Responsible for clear individual deliverable (30-40 reactions/month, 3-5 CE/month and 12-15 successful steps/month)
- Responsible for his team s deliverable: (40-45 reactions/month, > 4 CE/month and 12-15 successful steps/month)
- Responsible for project planning and execution (Scheme designing, RM ordering, Ontime delivery targets for him and his reportees)
- Troubleshoot the problem areas of project (For and his reportees)
- Ability to Plan the work independently and to perform the experiments as the planned schedule. Utilizing automation in rxn & purifications.
- Neatness and completion of batch books on time.
- Maintenance of Analytical Reports Providing up to date.
- Experimental protocols in the required format. Zero violation of IP.
- In time delivery of products. Timely completion of the records.
- Addressing Technical problems (in projects and process). Ability to guide junior scientists.
- Good written/spoken communication. Active involvement in technical discussions.
- Adhering to safe working practices (PPE, safety shield etc. ).
- Zero Incidents Risk assessment and Hazard analysis for new reactions/operations. Adherence to Safety SOPs.
