Roles & Responsibilities :
- L&D Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with the business objectives and HR priorities to build & sustain strong learning culture in the organization.
- End to end program management for cadre programs (Management Trainees, Interns etc.)
- End to end management of training calendar for corporate functions. Work closely with HRBPs, functional head and learning champions.
- External Partnerships: Liaise with external training providers to identify and deliver suitable training programs.
- Digital learning platform: Manage LMS/LXP, create engagement plan to achieve set target of usage, keep on looking for new trends, develop / curate content on timely manner.
- Budget and audit: Take budgeting ownership, payment process and documentation of records for necessary audits.
- Learning MIS, Reports and Dashboard: Owner of L&D MIS, reports and KPIs. Publish dashboards on timely manner.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant management, HR leadership, and employees, to ensure effective L&D initiatives.
Education & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in L&D and Talent Management in a large manufacturing setup, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective L&D and Talent strategies at corporate level.
- Instructional design, Facilitation skill certification holders will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence & manage diverse stakeholders.
- LMS & LXP experience (preferably Disprz, CSoD)
- Data analysis.
- Advance knowledge of digital tools : Microsoft 360, AI and content authoring tools.
