Job Summary:

As the Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining profit margins, and enhancing the overall online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

- Provide strategic direction to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.

Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address areas for improvement.

Sales and Marketing:

- Develop and execute effective e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling online campaigns and promotions.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire e-commerce journey.

- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Technology and Platform Management:

- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies.

- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize the e-commerce platform for performance, security, and user experience.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and order fulfillment.

- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

Financial Management:

- Manage the financial performance of the e-commerce business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

- Analyze sales data and financial reports to make data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership:
