We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our wealth management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial advisory, with the ability to acquire and manage a portfolio of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). The role involves direct sales and a consultative approach to promoting investment products tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage a quality HNI client base through networking, database mining, and market intelligence.
- Leverage existing relationships and local market knowledge to build a sustainable client portfolio.
- Promote the Focus Product of the Month and other strategic offerings.
- Sell and advise on various investment products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and Structured Products.
- Manage and grow AUM from an existing client base; target of - 12-15 Cr AUM with a minimum of - 5-6 Cr in equity.
- Handle a minimum of 25-30 active client relationships effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and financial advisory.
Functional & Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the capital markets and wealth management products.
- Experience in managing bank-based AUM of HNI clients.
- Expertise in portfolio management and financial planning.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of investment advisory.
