Job Title: Senior Manager - Legal Claims.

Location: Noida.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle MACT claims and legal notices.

- Coordinate with panel advocates and attend hearings.

- Assess claim liability and recommend settlements.

- Maintain case records and legal MIS.

- Ensure compliance with legal and IRDAI norms.

Qualifications:

- LLB with 2-5 years' experience in motor legal claims.

- Knowledge of MACT process, Motor Vehicle Act, and insurance regulations.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.
