Role: Manager - Renewal Process Specialist (Retention)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a Renewal Process Specialist to oversee the entire renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate renewals, and identifying areas for improvement to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

• Accountabilities: Major Activities
• SOP Preparation and Maintenance: Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the renewal process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conducting UAT: Ensuring all possible scenarios are tested and sign off provided before go live.
• Feedback for stake holders: Need to conduct survey on issues faced by internal and extract stakeholder and fixing the issues.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the renewal process, collaborating with the IT team and other stakeholders as needed.
• Performance reviews: Analysis and Preparation of data and present in performance review
• Coordination with Internal departments: Recurring meeting with Internal stakeholder and Timely closure of Open issues

Education & experience requirements

Graduate/MBA

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a general insurance company
• Strong knowledge of insurance renewal processes and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with insurance software applications
