Job Description
- Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
- Dealer and partner appointment to attain market penetration target
- Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
- Sales trend analysis for formulating strategy / tactics in the market-place.
- Provide timely and structured feedback from trade/ customers/ competition.
- Distributor/dealer management for monthly sales (activation/revenue) targets
- Distributor primary sale
- Distributor/dealer hardware/voucher inventory management, credit notes
- Training of the distributor/dealer staff
- Performance review of distributors; periodic review (monthly/quarterly)
- Assist the trade marketing executives in handling local promotions/pos communication and utilization
- Monitor the merchandizers in ensuring the pos utilization and visibility in the market place
