Job Profile

• As a Functional tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the various teams to identify and address issues early in the software development lifecycle, improving overall product quality and delivery timelines.
• Analyze software requirements and design effective test cases to cover functional and interface testing and for test data preparation.
• Execute tests for functional and interface scenarios and record the test results and create defects with clear details.
• Perform API Testing to detect defects early even before UI is built.

Required Qualification

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Test Automation (Selenium-JAVA, TestNG, etc.)
• Strong debugging skills to triage Test Automation failures
• Should be able to read and understand Jenkins console logs
• Understanding of functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and other types of testing.
• Experience in API Testing using POSTMAN
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Expertise in Defect Tracking Tools and Test Management Systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field

Must Have

• Functional Testing

• Have Strong experience in Tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of OOPS Concepts

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Implementing CI/CD pipeline for Test Automation
• Knowledge of Performance Testing tools like JMeter
• Working Experience with Automotive Domain
