Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Creation Specialist to produce high-impact video content that engages, educates, and informs our target audience. This role involves end-to-end video production including conceptualization, scripting, editing, and post-production. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong understanding of content trends across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and create compelling videos.
Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality finished content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Add effects, transitions, animations, subtitles, and sound to enhance visual storytelling.
Adapt video content for different formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
Manage post-production workflow including color grading, audio editing, and final exports.
Organize and maintain project files, media libraries, and asset backups.
Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and platform best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in video creation, editing, or post-production.
Proficiency with video editing and motion graphics tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, etc.
Strong visual storytelling, composition, and pacing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with animation, motion design, or 2D/3D graphics.
Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic filming setups.
Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
