Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Scientist (Generative AI) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, cloud-based AI deployments, and MLOps practices. Proficiency with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is essential.

Job Description :

- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models(GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, etc.).

- Implement LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning techniquesfor domain-specific tasks.

- Design, optimize, and scaleAI/ML pipelines for large-scale data processing and model inference.

- Work with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and OpenAI APIsfor building NLP and multimodal AI solutions.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models, ensuring efficient model versioning, monitoring, and deployment.

- Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)for scalable and secure AI model hosting.

- Implement MLOps best practices for managing model lifecycle, monitoring performance, and retraining workflows.

- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, anddatabase queriesfor AI applications.

- Research and implementstate-of-the-art transformer architecturesto improve model accuracy and efficiency.

- Analyze and interpret structured, unstructured, and semi-structured ata ?o drive AI-driven business insights.

- Design and conduct experiments with statistical rigor, implementing hypothesis-driven solutions.

Required Skills Set :

- Cloud Expertise (Mandatory) : Strong experience inAzure/AWS/GCPfor AI deployments.

- Programming : AdvancedPythonskills with expertise in libraries likePandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
