Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle Flexcube (3-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Techno Functional Consultant with proven experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (version 12.3 and above) and Oracle Banking Payments Module (OBPM). The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, with hands-on experience in customization, implementation, and support of FLEXCUBE systems.

This is a priority position requiring professionals who can join immediately or Max 30 days, and work from Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a techno-functional expert in Oracle FLEXCUBE v12.3 and above, specifically in OBPM.

- Understand business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.

- Participate in configuration, customization, and implementation of FLEXCUBE modules.

- Handle issue resolution and provide technical support for OBPM and related modules.

- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.

- Perform data mapping, interface design, testing, and documentation.

- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE as a techno-functional consultant.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE v12.3 or above and OBPM.

- Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE architecture, database schema, and APIs.

- Ability to write and review PL/SQL queries and scripts for debugging and customization.

- Good understanding of payment workflows and banking domain practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in end-to-end implementation or upgrade of FLEXCUBE systems.

- Exposure to integration with other banking or middleware systems (e.g., Oracle SOA, REST APIs).

- Knowledge of local and global payment standards (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, ISO20022) is an advantage.
