Job Description


Job Description : This role is responsible for managing and driving the renewal process for cloud services / SaaS Portfolio. Candidates are expected to ensure high customer retention and revenue growth. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.
  • 1.4 years of experience in sales, account management, or renewals (preferably in a cloud or SaaS environment).
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing solutions that align with their business goal.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, infra Product Server/ Storage / Tape / OS etc etc.).
