We are hiring an experienced Area Manager to lead and grow our life insurance business in the assigned region. The role involves managing a sales team, driving performance, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance in the assigned area
- Conduct joint fieldwork and provide guidance
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insights
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales and team handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with local market and ability to travel
