We need a friendly and motivated Insurance Sales Advisor to lead a team of agents, help them sell our products, and keep customers happy with great service.
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Locate and appoint qualified agents to the team.
- Educate agents on our products and effective sales techniques.
- Push the team to meet sales goals.
- Stay close with agents to keep them happy and active.
- Watch market trends and competitors to find new ways to grow.
- Ensure agents follow company rules.
Required Candidate profile :
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2+ years in Any Field of Sales
Two Wheeler Required
Must be Local
