The Group CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for crafting and executing HR strategy aligned with the group's ambitious business goals.
This role demands strong business partnering, talent management and the ability to implement best practices for HR systems and processes across multiple businesses, plants, and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the MD and Business Heads to align HR strategy with business priorities and long-term vision.
- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational structure, change management, and culture transformation.
- Develop and implement a group-wide talent management strategy that identifies, develops, and retains high-potential talent.
- Implement succession planning frameworks for critical leadership roles to ensure business continuity.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to different business contexts and employee demographics.
- Design and implement a competitive, performance-linked compensation structure aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Standardize reward and recognition frameworks across group entities.
- Drive annual compensation planning cycles, salary reviews, and incentive programs with business alignment.
- Lead organization restructuring and manpower planning to align with evolving business needs.
- Build and scale HR systems, processes, and SOPs across all businesses and functions.
- Oversee plant HR and industrial relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive labour environment.
