Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using React and Python.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Contribute to the development of coding standards, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 710 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and Python.

- Proven track record of leading software development projects and delivering high-quality solutions.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
