Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive mutual fund sales to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wealth management and mutual fund products, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record in acquiring and growing HNI relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and manage a portfolio of HNI and Ultra HNI clients for mutual fund investments.
- Understand client needs and risk appetite to recommend suitable mutual fund products and strategies.
- Develop customized investment solutions and provide financial advisory services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and providing market updates.
- Coordinate with internal product and research teams to deliver best-in-class investment solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, mutual fund offerings, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in mutual fund sales, wealth management, or private banking targeting HNI/UHNI clients.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
- Excellent client acquisition, relationship management, and sales skills.
- Strong network and proven ability to build a HNI client base.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- NISM VA certification mandatory.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
