Job Description
- Maintain updated and correct Employee database across all registers
- Complete Employee joining formalities
- Bank Account Opening
- PF ESI Mediclaim registration
- Getting the Employee Biometric set up done
- Collecting all forms and documents from New Employee
- Conducts Generic HR induction for new joinees at Assistant and Supervisory roles
- Conducts random check on Employee grooming standards with Support from Security team
- Conduct random checks in Employee accommodation with HR team/Security
- Support in salary preparation and attendance check of all departments
- Support in Recruitment process by coordinating with candidates on acceptance of offer and joining date
- Keep HR & resort team updated of joining date of the potential employees through Whatsapp/Email
- Support HR Manager with Employee Engagement activities, Appraisal activity and other HR/Resort related activity
- Attend Resort Pledge, meeting, briefing, Training and Personal Development reviews
- Adhere to sustainable initiatives at The Ibnii Coorg and encourage team members to adhere to the same
