Job Description

we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who have foundational knowledge in payroll, employee compliance, and attendance management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee attendance records
  • Ensure HR documentation and employee compliance are up to date
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit processes
  • Manage day-to-day employee queries and internal communications
  • Maintain HR databases and assist in generating reports
  • Support in planning employee engagement activities
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in an HR support role (Freshers welcome)
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of basic HR operations, payroll, and complianceDetail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
