Job Description
thyssenkrupp nucera India is the Indian branch located in Mumbai, specialized on design and supply of electrochemical plants for the production of green hydrogen as well as chlorine and caustic soda. With more than 40 years experiences the company is offering new-build and service solutions in India and identified regions of the world.
- The Documentation Manager is the one making up, saving and providing the complete documentation as an important part of our product.
- The Documentation Manager ensures that the complete documentation is according to our internal requirements, our client s requests and according to the actual laws.
- The documentation Manager has to provide and to explain the complete documentation to all authorized parties right on time on a short notice if required.
- The Documentation Manager is responsible for all topics documentation related.
- The Documentation Manager is the one requesting and collecting all documents, putting them together, making up the documentation and saving it and provide and explain it to all authorized parties.
- The Documentation Manager is the one providing and explaining the complete documentation internally, to our clients and internal and external auditors.
- Requesting documents and certificates according to the requirements.
- Requesting updated documents in case of:
Scan is a bad quality
Certificate is no longer valid
Validity period of a certificate is not sufficent
Certificates are incomplete
Among others
The Documentation Manager should be located at a yard or in the near of a yard due to the time difference.
In general, the Documentation Manager can be located everywhere.
