Backend Engineer - Python (5-15 yrs)

What Youll Work On :

- Build & scale modular Python microservices (Flask, FastAPI, Django)

- Design and deploy high-performance APIs and async background jobs

- Architect efficient SQL & NoSQL data models PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse

- Develop distributed processing pipelines using Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS

- Integrate observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch) for real-time monitoring

- Work cross-functionally to deliver cloud-native features in AWS environments

- Own CI/CD pipelines and contribute to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitHub Actions)

Requirements :

- 5- 7+ years of proven backend development experience

- Strong hands-on with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)

- Deep understanding of microservices & containerization (Docker)

- Experience building high-traffic production-ready systems

- Proficiency with REST APIs, rate limiting, security, and auth (OAuth2)

- Knowledge of AWS (preferred) or other cloud platforms

- Experience with CI/CD, IAC, and modern DevOps tools

- Clear communication and a self-driven, ownership mindset

Bonus Points If You Have :

- Certifications in System Design or Cloud Architecture

- Integrated tools like Zendesk, Openfire, or ticketing/chat platforms

- Experience in remote, agile teams with global collaboration
