Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the P&L for assigned pharmaceutical API products.

- Lead business development by leveraging a strong network in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Initiate and negotiate high-value client partnerships globally.

- Identify and act on emerging market opportunities in the API sector.

- Offer strategic insights on market dynamics, trends, and regulations.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain, marketing, and production strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with key pharma and drug company stakeholders.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

- Minimum 1520 years of experience in the pharmaceutical API industry with senior leadership exposure.

- Proven international exposure with experience handling diverse global API markets.

- Strong understanding of API value chains, fermentation-based APIs, and regulatory landscapes.

- Demonstrated success in new market development, strategic partnerships, and sales enablement.

- Hands-on experience in P&L management and driving commercial growth strategies.

- Well-established network across pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and global partners.

- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
